Visiblio / Google Business Profile / Store Finder
Which of your stores are live on Google Maps?
Upload the store list your client gave you. It has no Google links in it, so Visiblio searches every store on Google Maps with several combinations (brand, mall, city, PIN code, franchisee name), checks the address, and tells you which stores are live, which need a look, and which cannot be found.
1. Add your store list
Excel or CSV with an Address and a City columnAutomatic finding on Google Maps is not set up on this site yet (it needs the Gemini key). You can still use the Maps search links in the table: one click per store.
How this works, and what it cannot do
- Your file is read in your browser. The list and the results are kept in this browser only (nothing is stored on a server), so they are still here tomorrow. Press "Start again" to remove them.
- Cleaning first: city spellings are fixed (Kolkatta, Hydrabad, Gurgoan), the PIN code and the mall or centre are taken out of each address, and repeated store codes or addresses are flagged.
- Two ways to find a store. The "Maps" links open Google Maps with a ready search for each store (always free). "Find on Google Maps" asks Google Maps through Gemini, then compares the address it returns with yours (PIN code, mall, city, brand name) and gives a match score out of 100.
- What the labels mean: "Found, address matches" is 70 or more. "Found, please check" is 40 to 69: open the link and decide. "Not found" means nothing close was found; it may still exist under a different name, so try the Maps links. "Closed on Google Maps" is what Maps itself says.
- You decide in the end. Paste a Google Maps link for any store, press "Looks right" on a listing you checked, or mark a store "Not on Maps". Those choices are kept and are not overwritten by later runs.
- Daily allowance: on a free Gemini key, Google allows about 500 Google Maps lookups a day (and a few a minute, so the tool paces itself). A full run of all stores uses roughly 250 to 400 lookups. If the limit is reached the tool stops, keeps what it found, and you carry on the next day with "Find the ... not checked". "Test Google Maps" runs one lookup and shows exactly what Google answers.
- Limits: Gemini can misread a listing, so a match is a strong hint, not proof. It cannot see whether the profile is verified or who owns it. Every result links to Google Maps so you can see the listing yourself.
- Website page (optional): if you give a page that lists your stores, Visiblio reads it and marks which stores it names, and picks up any Google Maps links on it.
2. Find them on Google Maps
Listing details come from Google Maps. Search results are only as good as the store list: a wrong address in your file gives a wrong match.
