Visiblio / Google Business Profile / Store Optimiser
A Google Business Profile plan for every store.
Pick a store from the list you built in the Store Finder, or paste the Google Maps link of any store. Visiblio writes what its profile should contain (name, categories, products, three different descriptions, weekly posts, questions and answers, review replies) and, if you add what the profile shows today, scores it and tells you what to fix first.

Optimisation tracker for all stores
For the client and the content teamOne Excel file for the whole list: for every store the current name, the ideal name (brand + mall or area + city), address checks, categories, products, three descriptions, tracking link and four posts, with a status drop-down for each step. It also has the photo sizes and ratios, the text limits and the name logic.
Google asks that the profile name matches the shop board. Use a name with the mall and city only where the board shows it too.
How this works, and what it cannot do
- Written from rules and your details. Names, categories, products, descriptions, posts and answers are templates filled with the store's own mall, city and landmarks, so stores do not all read the same. No AI is guessing facts about the store.
- Names follow the shop board. Google can suspend profiles that add keywords or a city to the name, so the recommended name is the brand name, with a location version only if the shop board shows it.
- Categories: the suggested set is for handbag and luggage stores (primary "Handbags shop"). Confirm the exact names in the GBP category picker, because they differ a little by country.
- The check is only as good as what you enter. Visiblio cannot log in to a Business Profile. "Fill in from Google Maps" reads what the public listing shows through Gemini; check it against the real profile.
- Phone numbers, opening hours and policy answers come from the store. The sheet shows them in square brackets for the store to fill in. Never copy a head office number into a store profile.
